About offlinewebtools.com

offlinewebtools.com is a growing library of lightweight calculators, converters, and creative helpers. Every tool launches instantly, processes data in your browser, and helps you get back to the task at hand without juggling apps.

Built by Offline Web Tools dot com Labs

Offline Web Tools dot com Labs is a tiny product studio that started prototyping in late 2024 and launched offlinewebtools.com publicly in 2025. We ship the tools we’ve always wanted at our desks — quick, private utilities that don’t ask for accounts or uploads. Our team blends product design, engineering, and technical writing to keep each experience polished yet approachable.

The roadmap covers 300 browser tools across time management, math, finance, media, accessibility, and developer workflows. We ship in focused batches so every release feels cohesive and thoroughly tested.

Our principles

  • Local first — whenever possible we keep content on your device so sensitive data isn’t routinely uploaded elsewhere.
  • Fast by default — reusable layouts, automation, and careful performance work ensure every tool loads in seconds.
  • Accessible for everyone — we audit colour contrast, keyboard paths, and screen reader cues throughout development.
  • Respectful monetization — ads appear only after consent and never block the task you came to finish.

Who you’ll hear from

Maya — Research & Accessibility

Lina — Content & Support

Writes in-app guidance, release recaps, and responds to notes sent to [email protected].

Why everything runs in your browser

We built offlinewebtools.com for the moments when you just need to drop in a number, tweak a setting, and move on. Client-side processing keeps things snappy, protects confidential inputs, and works even when you’re on a flaky connection. It also means we don’t maintain user accounts or hoard personal data.

Some upcoming media tools rely on our browser-based FFmpeg engine (FFmpeg.wasm), enabling advanced video and audio editing without ever uploading files. When a feature truly needs a server, we’ll say so up front.

How we work

Each release follows the same loop: research real tasks, design shared patterns, write approachable copy, and test across devices. We highlight when tools request permissions or might relay data so you can make the call that fits your workflow.

We keep the language approachable, surfacing privacy notes and accessibility cues where they add context without overwhelming the experience.
